The MILWAUKEE® M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ CP3.0 Battery Pack provides 50% more power and runs 50% cooler vs M18™ REDLITHIUM™ CP battery packs. This increased performance results in the same power and runtime of a M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC battery in a lighter and more compact package. The 18-volt battery pack delivers fade-free power and runs substantially cooler through heavy applications, allowing trade professionals to push their cordless tools throughout a wide application range. Power to Last
Compact & lightweight, these batteries have held up to a long days use of my impact driver.
When I think it’s time to switch out battery, it was still holding up with power.

Big power, small package
I just picked up and charged these this morning. I compared it to my also freshly charged XC 5.0 and 8.0 HO batteries. The audible difference alone in my fuel impact driver between the 3 batteries was enough to perk my ears. I just played around driving some 2 1/2 screws into some scrap and the difference is noticeable. I'm excited to try them in my mid torque later to see if they could make as many beans as the 8.0 does. The impact wrench is a bit unbalanced with it, as you can imagine, but not unbearable. I think Milwaukee has found a replacement for the 5.0 that is ubiquitous in kits.

Nothing better.
I’ve been using Milwaukee power tools professionally for the last year and semi-professionally for a few years before that. They’ve exceeded my expectations in every capacity, in every respect, most significantly in regards to battery performance. Very satisfied with my Milwaukee products.

Batteries
Purchased these as an extra for my weedwacker and leaf blower.
Unit came with an 8.0 battery but wanted extras. They work excellent and give enough power to get the job done.

Packaging
I just bought these batteries. I am sure they will work just fine. However, getting them out of the packaging was ridiculous. No instructions. Requires very sharp tools and high forces. A dangerous combination. Suggest having the store person get them out of the packaging.
