DeWalt DCE100B 20V Max Compact Jobsite Blower

I couldn't find this information anywhere except on the box itself: it gets air speed up to 180 mph. It moves less air than the 450cfm blower (125 mph), but has higher air speed.

The hard nozzle vibrates off in seconds so it’s useless. So it can’t be used . Dewalt needs to redo this part !!!
Works ok other wise with the soft plastic part . So when you redesign it please send me the new piece so I can use it properly. Put a soft plastic oring in the hard plastic so it stays on !!!! Was this even tested ???)

I bought this blower a while back and have had no problems and actually use it more than I thought I would.

We use ours to blowout high school gym bleachers. The machine itself works great. However, a fully charged battery lasts 5-6 minutes. Yes, weve tried different batteries to assure it's not old weak batteries. We would have to have 8 maybe 10 fully charged batteries to do the job. The reason we went cordless is to resolve having cords getting caught everywhere. We were hoping cordless would be the answer.

This is my first Dewalt tool after selling them at the home depot as a high end product (years ago). I wanted the best in my growing interests and independence. Sadly, I'm left feeling like a liar after all those years. The extension attachment is poorly fitted and the blower is pretty weak. Things I wish I knew when I sold the stuff. My $20 shop vac blows better. With the extension not fitting I can't even get enough air to make it fall off. It can't even do that. Disappointed. Also they aren't even updating the reviews info? Why is it asking me to enter a 5/2020 drawing? Are you even interested in your customers experiences?

Was hoping to get away from a corded blower and thought this would be the best option. But this one has some problems. It does run the battery down rapidly. Also, the air intake is right by my pant leg so if it comes close it’ll suck into the material and bog down the blower. I was wearing shorts and had this problem, also I’m right handed, a southpaw might not have this issue. I’ll be returning this model and trying another blower. I will say it is lightweight but other than that I feel it is poorly designed.

I now have two units that don't work. First on lasted two years, second one didn't work out of the box for more than five minutes. I took them to repair shop they said they can't be fixed as the brushes can't be replaced...which was the problem I was told.
I live in Costa Rica and can't return through Amazon. What can be done to help with my problem.

I have numerous dewalt products there all awesome but this one not so good it just stopped working after 3 months not good

I bought this till new and worked great for about a year with light use with the exception of the blower motor trying to suck up my pants. The side air inlet should have been better engineered. My biggest complaint now is the product doesn't last. I squeez the trigger and it powers up but immediately loses power. At this point it is a paperweight. I do not recommend this item

Out of the gate had to make a guard for the intake out of a plastic pill bottle, keep sucking my shorts into the intake. Drilled holes and glued in place. 2nd, remove the circuit board when it begins to fail. Only works on high but never use anything else anyways. Now it is a great little blower for shop and garage. Not powerful enough for huge yard jobs.
