DeWalt DWOAS7BL DEWALT Universal Attachment: Blower

I can not complain about this it does a good job blowing its easy to adjust so you can blow in deffernt directions and best part only takes up a small space I love having one tool with deffernt attachments

It is not as powerful as I expected but it is very convenint

I have this on my husqvarna ld128 gas trimmer and it works fine. Not super powerful but gets the job done. It is adequate for the job of blowing pine straw or leaves but when they are wet or get in a pile it struggles a bit. Overall I am pleased with the unit and it is a nice addition to be able to swap out heads and have different capability. I like it and would buy it again if I had the opportunity.

I like to maintain a 1km walking trail on my property. Some of the terrain is rocky. I bought this blower to help clear leaves off the trail, as well as to blow leaves away from the perimeter of my house, and off of my deck. I did not want to spend a lot on a blower, and since I already had the DeWalt 60V power head, this blower was an economical option.

Ultimately, this product does what I was hoping it would do. It had no issues blowing a thick and wet blanket of leaves off of my deck. It does an acceptable job of blowing leaves on my lawn. It also gives me the help I was looking for on my trail.

Even though it's driven by 60V DeWalt power, the blower not exactly insanely powerful. It works for me, but don't expect it to replace a high power backpack blower. Side note, the DeWalt powerhead does certainly deliver all the power I need to the string trimmer, brush cutter, and pole saw attachments I have. It's no secret blowers are hard on batteries, but a fully charged 3Ah 60V battery gives me enough run time.

I'm curious what this blower would do with a smaller outlet, to try and get the air velocity a little higher. I have not experimented with that yet. I feel the blower gives good air volume, but the velocity is not as high as some blowers.

Finally, the unit is pretty big and long. The ergonomics and weight are fine for larger / stronger operators, but it could be awkward and tiring for more petite operators.

Overall, I'm happy I bought the product. I've only owned for a few weeks, so I can't comment on long term reliability, but I expect it to be decent, as it does not have a motor of its own.

The blower force is weaker than expected considering the bulkiness of the blower and the 60volt system. A narrower discharge tube may accelerate the flow.

I have the newest 60V axial blower and I'd say this one is half the power or less. Got it for free with the string trimmer kit and am going to sell it. Hoping the hedge trimmer attachment is more impressive then this attachment.
