I am really enjoying the product,however I'm not a heavy user -

I'd suggest they upgrade the zippers - a heavy user would have problems .... and the metal clip for the measuing tape is terrible. It will definately fail (they could have even riveted it right through the shell rather than just the denier ... strange)

I've owned the Milwaukee backpack for about 3 years now. I was initially impressed with its durable design and features. It seemed like a well-built product that could handle tough conditions, especially with a "limited lifetime warranty" advertised.

However, after experiencing a zipper failure, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty does not cover the zipper—a critical component of the bag. The zipper is essential for keeping tools secure and the bag functional, and its exclusion from warranty coverage feels like a significant oversight.

It's hard to believe that zippers would be excluded from the warranty. Nothing in the limited lifetime warranty makes that clear, and I would expect the warranty to cover all essential components of a premium product. After visiting other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with this product.

I would caution potential buyers to consider this limitation before purchasing. A tool bag with such a glaring warranty exclusion undermines the durability claims that justify its premium price.

Milwaukee needs to review their warranty coverage and ensure that buyers are protected against clear product defects.

Love the back pack but after only 3 months of owning it the zipper won’t zip up

The backpack works great but the straps have broke and the buckle that goes between the 2 straps had busted not long after I got it.

As most have stated I love the Milwaukee product but this bag really just doesnt live up to the hype. Like others the side clip just doesn't last. Mine is still on b/c i have taken off the tape measure b/c it was fixing to fall off. The constantly falls forward it you don't have it locked in to the packout system, even then it leans so far forward you cant put anything next to it. Just overall disappointed. I should have just gotten the tote bag. I have the packout wall mounts mounted in my van to keep everything in place on the floor and slide out box, But i cant put the bag on which defeats the purpose.

I have had the back pack for about 6 months and the zipper on the 2 sections fell apart and would not zipper together. The back pack was useless couldn't put anything in it.

Owned for a little over a month and the cheap zipper fell apart. It's made the entire backpack absolutely useless because it'll just flop open when you put it on your back.

I thought it would have been better made because Milwuakee products are usually heavyweight and durable. I used the product daily for work but it didn't last very long. It's only been a few a weeks since I've purchased and the pack out backpack already has a dented shell, rips, tears and stitching is already coming off. I know soon I won't be able to hang it up anymore.

For the price would not recommend it side clip broke off after about a week of having it doesn’t stay up the zipper getting stuck zipper inside broke hard to take offf the packout box needs upgrading

First off I love Milwaukee tools that’s why I upgraded to the pack out bag. But really disappointed with the craftsmanship and durability, the tape holder clip broke with in weeks of use.
And for some reason mine keeps face planting
This doesn’t happen to any of my coworkers bags
It seems to be breaking down
And mine is newer than thiers
The Milwaukee backpack I had before the upgrade preformed better only reason I upgraded was because I liked the idea of securing to the pack out system
