Oscillating Saw/Tool DEATH
The DCS355 20V DeWalt XR tool died I guess unexpectedly after under a year of use. The only thing it does is make a squeak noise when you pull the trigger. Worse part is, DeWalt doesn't offer service for it AKA their so called warranty. The only option I find is to pay $95 to have it factory overhauled which I can buy a new one for around that especially with the holidays here BUT TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SINCE THEY ADVERTISE A 3 YEAR WARRANTY.

Perfect for Home Building
I purchased this kit as it had all of the cordless tools I thought I needed for Building my new house. I would say that the 7 1/4" saw has been the go to tool so far and has been amazing. The Multi Tool has also gotten me out of a few jambs. The batteries have been fantastic and have held up well.

I've had my kit for almost a year and it is yet to let me down. Circlular saw doesn't even have a problem with 4x6 treated. Performs better than my corded Milwaukee. Drill and impact always have enough power.

Replaced my 18v combo with this XR brushless set, and this was the best purchased so far. Purchased in November of 2017 and it still functions like new.

Great Tool Kit and Tools...But......
Bought this kit about a week ago. Haven't put it through the ringer quite yet, but so far I am very happy. If you can catch this kit on sale, man is it worth it. You can really feel the ergonomic design behind each tool, and the raw power with the brushless motors and metal gears. I would highly recommend......however
I have been trying to get a hold of Dewalt customer support, to which is like finding a gold nugget on the street, impossible. My impact driver was in the 'factory sealed' packaging, but somehow the belt clip was already attached. Now I have used to tool for a few projects, but nothing substantial, and it worked as I would think it should.
However, after spending this kind of money on 'NEW' tools, I do not want them to have been in anybody's hands but mine. Now all I do is wonder, was this a reconditioned item, was this malfunctioning somehow before, etc.
Dewalt please contact me!!! I don't want to spend nearly $1000 on new tools to find out that is not the case.
Other than this, these tools rock!!! Dewalt contact me please on this issue and I will rate it 5 stars
