Trigger sticking in full depressed position.
I have purchased many Bosch over the decades. I like this angle grinder, however the trigger stick (or binds up) when fully depressed. I have to actually manually pull the trigger to release it from the housing. This is obviously a safety concern. The attached photo shows the drill running by itself with the stick trigger. I purchased this drill on the Bosch Amazon Store. Note, unable to add photo.

Straight position don’t lock
I bought the drill from Amazon. The first I received had a problem: in straingt position (180 deg), it not lock securely in position: when apply some force, it switch to previous position (158 deg?). I returned the product an order a new one: same problem! Is it normal?

BOSCH = Poor quality | Poor customer service
Complete garbage, lasted less than 10months.
Underpowered even for light use.
Warranty is as painfull as possible, their Dominican republic call center hanged up 7 times.
(Hopefully they record the call as I was super nice the entire time until the last few).

PS11-102 Angle Drill Kit, not a "Kit" missing case
I searched your site for this tool, clicked the "Order Button" to order the tool "kit", selected Lowes for the best price and then realized why it was cheaper than everyone else after I ordered it, Lowes doesn't include the case that is noted "as included" on your web page. Thanks a lot Lowes, not so much......

So, the question is, how often do you need to drill through floor or roof joists to run any type of pipe or electrical properly? Maybe not very often, but when you do, this handy drill can save you a lot of time. And more then likely your job has been completed properly.

Great tool to get in tight spots, powerful for its size.

Durability and versatility
I purchased the original version in 2008 and it’s still going strong. The battery life has been excellent. I have used tools to repair thousands of appliances over the years . Love my bosch tools .

Makes tight spaces a snap
Bought this for a specifc problem I had with some tight connection spaces. It worker beautifully and the variable speed trigger and adjustable head make all the difference in the world when it comes to getting an accurate connection. I use it all the time now even if its not in tight spaces

I have owned this tool for a few years now along with many other 12 volt Bosch tools. This one is a warranty replacement for original. After less than 30 seconds of operation tool gets very hot and speed goes way down.
I really wish they would upgrade this drill to the latest Brushless motor that has much more power. Speed could even be reduced to 1000 rpm to aid power and torque. I use this tool alot as my PS-10 does not have a light or chuck for my older twist drill bits. I also like to use this drill for polishing wheels as the adjustable head is much more convenient than the fixed heads on the flexi click system. I recommend this with reservations.
