DeWalt DCF961GP1 20V MAX* XR Brushless Cordless 1/2 " High Torque Impact Wrench with Hog Ring Anvil Kit

Bought this bad boy 35 days ago it's a beast takes lug nuts off big rigs that's supposed to be torqued to "475" and shocks that usually takes a 1 inch gun to get loose but sadly the anvil snapped on me I'm hoping that the new one lasts longer because I bought this specifically to help me in my line of work and right now it's not helping me at all

Bought this couple years ago and it’s hands down the best impact!

I had a brand new (off the tool truck) Mac Tools 1/2" Impact gun for a few months (rated at 1450lbft torque) and had a few pickups give it a solid run for its moneywith lug nut removal. So, me being me, I upgraded (off the tool truck) to the Dewalt DCF961 This thing is no joke. I'm going on 6 months with it and use it 5 days a week. The battery life is amazing for the kind of power we're talking about and I've yet to find a bolt or nut it won't remove. It's known now as the most powerful impact in my shop, so when others are having trouble with ther Milwaukee guns they come asking to borrow my Dewalt and it doesn't disappoint. I've never been a "Dewalt guy" until I picked up the DCF961. Now I own several 20v Dewalt tools and I have my eye on a few more.

Absolutely love this thing!!! I work on tractor trailers for living and normally I use air impacts for larger fasteners. My tool truck guy talked me into this impact and was blown away about how much power this tool really has and does better than co-workers high dollar Snap-On cordless impact

Powerful. I used it to rotate tires on my new truck, too easy. Then we cut it loose on a 1984 Dodge to change the suspension parts. It zipped the rusted nuts and bolts off with no problem. I haven’t found anything to challenge it yet but I’ll keep trying

This impact works great! I've never used an impact with this much power. It takes lugnuts off of my 1 ton with ease. The light is very bright and I like the torque selector switch and the ability to turn the light off.

Nothing is better than the feel of a new dewalt tool! This impact wrench is solid and an absolute powerhouse. It gets the job done even on stubborn old lugnuts and the 5ah battery lasts a long time. Came with a nice carrying bag to keep everything in.

I havent had a chance to use this tool at great lengths yet, but so far I have been very happy with it's performance. I have used it thus far to chance over to my winter tires on my vehicles as well as to drive threaded anchors into concrete (up to 3/4" in diameter). I have yet to be disappointed by the power of this impact. It is equal to if not better than the Hilti 1/2" impacts my company typically uses. I've also been very happy so far with the ergonomics of the design and the layout of the setting controls on the tool. I cant speak too much to the durability yet, but it definitely feels like a tough impact.

for maintenance on vehicles in our household as well as our farm equipment. The torque of this impact hasn’t met a nut it could not break loose! In the past, I have used various models of impact guns on my own vehicles and other models when I was a mechanic for several rally racing teams. This Dewalt impact is amazing in comparison to any I have used in the past. I would compare this better than air powered impact guns with the hose cut! The battery seems to just last and last throughout the projects I have used it for. So far, I have rotated tires on 3 vehicles, changed mower blades on my 3 blade mower deck for my tractor and my walk behind mower blade. I will be prepping for winter by switching over to winter tires and prepping my tractor for snow removal. Looking forward to continuing usage of the 20V MAX* XR® Brushless Cordless 1/2 In High Torque Impact Wrench with Hog Ring Anvil Kit!

DeWalt's high torque impact wrench is a complete beast. It easily handled the worst we could throw at it and with the DeWalt 1/2 adapter you're able to set things such as SDWS and Timberscrews in no time. The tool is a little on the heavy side but that's to be expected with the unbelievable power it is able to deliver.Would highly recommend this product to anyone in the trades.
