I bought mine about a year ago and after 8 months it died using it for framing I was mostly cutting door plates and beam pockets it wasn’t a frequently used saw I always used just a regular 20 volt and it lasted about 3 years i can’t say I would recommend this product for prolonged use

It's definitely a heavy duty Sawzall if you don't mind the weight of it I'm switching my whole setup to 60volt tools and wanted this in my arsenal it deff comes in handy on the jobsite

Great sawzal, lots of power.
Batteries are big so they last. No complaints about this product at all.

I have used this saw now for 8 months. Rain, snow, sleet and shine. I work in the towing industry and gets the job done everything. I used it to cut 78 feet guard rail, cut the frame of a camper, tie rods and many more. It has held up remarkable and it cuts better then most of the other guys saws that are not Dewalt.

Variable Beast Power! It is so good...
Variable Beast Power! It is so good--power keeps pouring on with the variable speed trigger (nice, and the 60 volt battery has a great run time. 60 volts!!! Paired with a brushless motor, this recip saw is a must-have for a contractor.
I regret not having different video than the one I uploaded as it doesn’t do the saw justice. It is heavy, so one-handed use for me is difficult, but there are guys who will sling this easily. One of my guys dug out around a 8’ tall tree/bush on a recent house remodel, then grabbed the Sawzall to cut the roots; when I discovered he was using our brand new, awesome cordless tool I was almost upset, but that smile on his face at how quickly it went was worth it. Really nice, and safer, to not have a cord wrapped around the tree as he goes, and he can just get out without getting tangled up; this is a much safer saw for pruning vs. a corded tool.
Contractors already know this is a must-have tool. Off-grid property owners absolutely need this, as do homesteaders and farmers--a powerful saw that doesn’t need a cord and is always ready. Next pig harvest will be even easier without the need for an extension cord.
DeWALT, can you add a 12” stainless food-grade blade, or butchering blade set?
Notes:
1. The battery has a red insert pictured below that splits it into three batteries internally so it can be flown in a carry-on; don’t pack the battery in your suitcase, just the tool. The battery goes in your carry-on. This is a really big deal.
2. Fast, tool-free blade loading, forwards or backward, works perfectly.
3. Nice light on the front to keep a keen eye on the top or bottom of the stud being removed.
Comes with a bag and charger, of course. Plenty of room for multiple blade boxes.

The best tool in the Bag.
Cordless, power to last and easy to move around in tight places plus really gets the the rubbish out of the way with very clean cuts and leaves it to easy cleanup and finish a smooth product. Really the best issues are cordless, plenty of power, clean cuts and easy of multi directional cutting.

It pops the blade out it's almost too much power. Beats dragging a cord around all day

Love how much power this saw has. Had a few cedar boards that needed demo-ing. Cut through them like butter. My only complaint is that it's pretty heavy
