DeWalt DWST540602 Tool Rig w/ Suspenders

This thing is serious business! I’m a smaller guy with no hips, so normal belts tend to end up at my ankles. Not with this belt. I really like that I can take the bags off and swap them around. This thing will last me a lifetime I’m sure! Good job Dewalt.

The good-
Lots of small pockets to help organize.
Padded inner belt with velcro to hold pouches in place.
Suspenders have plenty of room and a large phone holder.
Seems really durable.

The bad-
Could use a few more large pockets.
Large pockets are to wide and not quite deep enough.
Hammer holder doesn't have velcro to hold in place so a hammer pulls it down when carrying with handles or suspenders without the belt closed.
No speedsquare pocket without modding.

Overall I like this tool rig, with a few modifications it'll be an awesome one.
The only one I don't get is the lack of a speed square pouch (easy fix I just think it was a big oversight) the other things are mre of a personal preference thing.

I don't think it needs the little printed icons on the pouches (like the tape measure) guys are going to put their tools where they want.
Its not a negative, just an unnecessary addition.

Ever since I got this belt, I’ve taken it everywhere. It’s a strong belt with many many pockets. The suspenders can be removed, which is a plus. I will say that I find it a little tight around the waist. I’m a 44 waist and the large barely fits. Cool thing is that you can basically remove the bags with ease and slide in a different belt. That is my only negative to this and for that reason I’m giving 4 stars. But construction of this belt is solid. No issues in the month I’ve used it. I would definitely recommend.

The best way I can describe this is options, options, options. No bag or belt is perfect but this one has something for everyone. First it is just as you see in the advertisements. A large belt with suspenders. Capable of holding all the weight you can carry, all the tools you need and pockets big enough to bring enough material so you don’t have to climb up and down to resupply. That’s what any belt should do. But this one can be configured for anything. Hot day, small job; use just the belt and one side bag. Need just light weight screws and a driver, two bags and no suspenders works. Carrying tools into an attic, the handles on the side bags make it easy to take what you need and still crawl through that opening. Combine everything together to carry the whole truck on your shoulders all day and your back will thank you. The side pockets stay where you put them with Velcro that keeps them from sliding on the belt but allows freedom to position for your own reach. They will add 7 inches on each side and each is 10 inches long by 4 to 7 inches deep. The padded belt is a measured 38 inches minimum to 48 inches maximum. Distance from the top of the shoulder to the top of the belt can be adjusted from 18 inches to 28 inches. Everything is Dewalt tough construction from strong materials. The suspenders and padded belt are comfortable and cool to wear. I will warn you that when I wear the web belt without the padded belt under it, I have to position a pouch on the left side to tuck the excess belt into. This is the only end of a strap that doesn’t have elastic to keep the excess from catching on everything. Overall I love the options this gives me to adapt to any job, anytime.

Very comfortable belt with plenty of space. The best itself is very high quality, comfortable with perforated lining. My waist line is 36-38 and it can go much wider then that. Belt connects with velcro and a buckle so it has never came loose and allows for micro adjustments for a snug fit. Shoulder straps are also confortable and allow for more support when the belt gets heavy loaded with equipment, but it can get a little warm, they can be easily removed without taking off the belt. Plenty, and I mean Plenty! Of pockets, standart ring for the hammer at the back, as well as one for a nailer on the left side pocket. Also has a clip to hang a driver on the right. Storage will not be limited with this belt. The only thing that I have discovered is when a belt is loaded the right side was coming off the velcro whenever the belt was unbucked. Meaning you actually need to hold on to the belt loop so the pocket does not come off the velcro and drop on the ground. Other then this minor thing I absolutely enjoy this product. Beats carrying a bucket full of tools any day!

This tool rig is incredibly comfortable to use. The position of the suspenders is just right to keep the weight off of my hips, with the option to easily remove them. For the past week i been using it for rough plumbing. I've had some small wrenches, channellocks, fittings ect. Aside for a space for a torch, I was able to put everything I needed in the rig. There is a loop on the top of the suspenders to hang to whole thing up. At the end of the day. There are also handles on the hips if you prefer to put it on the ground. I was looking for a dedicated place for a speed square, there is a couple of places it fits, it just seem like it belongs there. Thats my only real problem. Ther is a pocket on the suspenders that looks like it might be for a phone, but i used it for a tourch head.

Excellent set of nail bags. Lite weight good size pouches. Padded suspenders are great on your shoulders. Would definitely recommend these. Sold as a complete set helps a lot as well. Another great product from Dewalt.

The Dewalt Professional Toll Rig with Suspenders is very rugged and well made. The suspenders are padded and comfortable. Much easier to wear than just a belt. The suspenders transfer the weight of the tools across your shoulders instead of pulling down on your waist.
The Belt is 3" wide and totally adjustable. I like how it has both velcro and a double latch to hold it on your waist. It is designed with large pouches with many pouches on each side and hammer hooks on the front and back. There is a place for your tape measure and you cell phone. So many pouches to keep small tools.
It is very well made and should last for many years. I have been wanting a new suspender tool rig and this Dewalt Professional Tool Rig is exactly what I needed.
