DeWalt DWST560107 18In Rolling Tool Bag

I totally agree with HandyD! The main reason I bought this is so 1) it would fit in the back of my truck with my bedcover closed and not have to lay it on its side like my other hard cased tool chest which the handle won’t go down far enough. 2) It has a lot of pockets to put your tools in and I found it easier to put them with handles in first so I know which tool I’m grabbing. 3) The opening of the case is good and allows me to put my DW 5 1/2 “ saw on the top. 4) The zipper pulls seem long enough so the opening is wide and glides smoothly. 5) I’m only 4’9” and the extension of the handles are great. 6). The front pocket is awesome and I can load it up with “stuff” and it’s easily accessible. 7). Great for a rolly for a teacher too! 8) Finally, anyone ever thought if using it as a carry on, on a plane! How awesome is that (without my tools of course)? It rolls thru the airport perfectly and fits under the seat! I get a lot of strange looks but it sure comes in handy!

The only set negative is it would be great if it was 2” wider.

The bag speaks for itself - it's everything it claims to be.

A few small details that could often be overlooked stand out to me. 1) It fits under a pickup bed cover. I've had similar cases in the past in which the handle did not retract far enough to stand under the bed cover. 2) The sides of the main compartment are rigid/supported enough to hold the weight of the items in the internal side pockets without collapsing. In other bags I own, when similar internal pockets are packed full, the side walls tend to collapse inward. 3) The zipper pulls are great, large enough to easily get a finger inside the loop, and comfortable and easy to pull. Zippers glide smoothly with minimal effort. 4) The length of the fully extended handle suits my height (6' 3") to pull the case behind me comfortably and naturally.

Not really a knock on the bag, but its a tank when packed full and can get quite heavy. You don't notice it when rolling the bag, but when you get to that one spot where you need to pick it up and carry it for a bit you notice.

This rolling bag has really helped keep my hand tools organized. Plenty of pockets and room in the middle for cordless tools. I was carrying my old bag with a shoulder strap which was awkward balancing and now with the wheels it is much easier.

I have until using this bag used the small carry bags for all of my tools, each to their own bag. I have been looking for some time for a bag that I can use universally for my most used tools, being my drill and impact driver and my small hand tools such as my electrical bag. What I like most about this is it is going places, no literally it is on wheels and is very easy to take with you to the job you need it and pretty rugged for what it is. My old bags always tore after some time however I think this one is going to last much much longer. My power tools fit in the bottom and I am able to put my tools in the provided sleeve and slots inside and outside of the bag. I am really excited to be able to utilize this bag over my previous ones, its a vast improvement. Sort of an all in one for my most used common tools for smaller jobs. one thing I do wish that was different was the inside slots fit a screwdriver better blade side down than up so you don't poke yourself when reaching into the bag or hitting tools on them possibly causing damage to the other tools, you can put them blade side down they just do not feel very secure and I worry about them damaging the bag, love this bag so far. Nice to have a better bag to hold my common hand tools and wire strippers and what not.

I don't have too many tools anymore! I carry lots of tools and my old bag was more work to carry than my work was work. There are enough pockets on the outside to hold my most used tools. The inside has even more. Everything else stores in the main compartment. Then the top folds flat and I bungee a bucket or another tool bag on top.

Works great pre loaded with your go to tools Or partially fill it then load it day of with tools and parts for a specific job. The well designed wheels and handle out perform most airport carry on inspired bags. Wheels don't get caught on stairs like many hand truck wheels do. Bright yellow interior makes it easy to find and organize your gear. Wire frame on the sturdy material helps it stay open and supports objects you might want to stack on top.

The DEWALT 18-inch Pro Rolling Tool Bag (DWST560107) easily transports up to 55 pounds of gear and includes 27 spacious pockets, both internally and externally, so you can easily locate hand tools. The wheels roll easily on hard surfaces and smoothly across grass and dirt on jobsites. A large IP54 water-resistant compartment is handy for protecting paperwork, manuals, cables and cords, or smaller tool batteries. The zippers are large and easily slide back and forth.

I find the telescopic handle easy to operate when extending for transport or collapsing for the times I needed to move the bag via the sturdy carrying straps. The bag holds an impressive number of tools and job supplies. The polyester fabric is puncture resistant and can be cleaned with mild detergent. I’ve used the bag for toting gear around the house and for transporting my gear on job sites.

My only complaint thus far is that I don’t have two or three of these bags. Those are now on my wish list!

I recommend this tool for both personal DIY and professional usage.

Amazing.The space in this bag is ideal for any job site. I like that it is deep enough to fit all of my drills and hand tools with plenty of room left. Easy to carry with the wheels and the handles. I’ve completely ditched my backpack and using this new dewalt bag as my new “go bag” all of my necessities fit with ease.

The 18” rolling tool bag is very nice with a large open area for storing larger items. Has a lot of open slots for taller or individual tools on the outside. It has a larger water resistant compartment to store your cellphone or other items you want to protect from the rain/water. I love the telescopic handle for easy transport. The reason it did not get 5 stars is because I wish the open slots all over the bag were larger for actual drill storage. This bag almost looks as though it may have been designed for contractor specific items (plumber, electrician, etc.). Overall I love it and it will get plenty of use for hauling my tools around.

At first glance, it looks amazing. Very durable and can withstand the wear and tear. Used it on a couple jobs at a couple different places and it held up great. My only take back is that the wheel base isn’t 100% great for how bulky the bag is and if it’s not packed right it’ll tip over. I found myself carrying it more than rolling it. It might just mean that I need to downsize and use a smaller version also.

Would absolutely recommend this for anyone that has multiple sized tools for multiple different jobs. Best for hobbyist and handy-people.
