DeWalt DCB205-2 20V MAX 5 ah Battery 2-Pack

Just received a replacement 6 volt battery from Dewalt,I was extremely impressed with their replacement policy and the speed in which I received it.but that is as far as I can go.Battery was mailed in a envelope yes a envelope,it look as if it was put in a dryer when it arrived only one light was lit so I put it on one of my chargers for several hours,I could only get 2 bars to light and would not give anyone of dozen or so tools to run.i put it back on charger for a couple of hours. Charger says it’s charged but still only 2 bars are lit and no power outage.I have 15 batteries of several different power sizes and maybe 7 of them have power. My patience are running out with dewalt batteries,if I didn’t have thousands of dollars invested in dewalt tools they would be in the trash.these batteries are too expensive for me to have to keep replacing

The description says XR and the pic has XR on the batteries but it’s not on the batteries. I think i was misled in purchasing these

These batteries are the perfect balance between weight and runtime for nearly all the 20v hand tool lineup. Circular saw, reciprocating saw, router, gigsaw and orbital. Will last easily all day long in smaller tools like drills or impact drivers.

So I purchased a few Dewalt products in the past, all taking an 18V battery but now all the new products use at least a 20V. You also can no longer purchase the 18V either. I'm stuck with all these tools that I can't use. Buyer beware on any of their products. I've switched to Milwaukee Tools. They're much better anyway. Wish I would have known!
