I had the same problem with all of Milwaukee's grip handles so I took some 2 part squeeze tube epoxy mixed it up put it inside the grip and put grip back on let it set overnight and haven't had any issues since. I have about a dozen and a half (and counting) grip handle Milwaukee hand tools that I've had to do this for but once I did that never had issues again, EVER!

Great Tool, Poor Grip
Tool works great but on all 4 clamps purchased the small grip falls off of everyone of them.
