I've owned about every brand of impacts, but Dewalt is by far the best in my opinion, 2nd place would go to KoBalt

This driver kit was a great deal, originally purchased in 2019 at Lowe’s for $99. Kit bag is large enough to fit both Xtreme Impact Driver and Hammer Drill, a Dewalt drill bit set and a Dewalt driver bit set, 2x 2Ah batteries plus a few more accessories (I live the bag). I’ve used the driver heavily for advanced DIY including creating outdoor patio furniture, Pergola assembly, 2 story condo renovation, tree house and random home projects - I feel that the tool has given me more than enough for the price. 3 speed settings are great, low speed stops before stripping screws or damaging substrate under screw head and high speed is plenty fast for driving deck screws up to 3 1/2 in long. I’ve also used it with square drive adaptors for 1/2 in bolts/nuts with no issue. Battery life is excellent with a 2 Ah, not needing a recharge for most small projects. With 2 batteries included, there is enough juice to push through a project all day without downtime. Driver is lightweight, easy to use one handed all day long and has been dropped from a 6ft ladder onto concrete at least once, wood or grass a few more-no issues.

Battery charge last a long time, small size great for cramped areas. Easy to find with the tool being yellow.

I received as a gift and was pleasantly surprised with the power. I drove a three inch screw into a post and buried the head. Wow. I like it already.

Love this product fits in small places and love the 3 power mods would highly recommend.

The new series of 12volts dewalt tools have amazed me, to be honest. I’m impressed because they have a lot of power and they are super light. I have been working for an entire day with my 12 volts, 2ah battery installing furnitures in hotels. It’s pretty nice to FULLY rely on your favorite tools. These batteries would have your back. Trust them.

The only recommendation I have for dewalt is to extend the variety of the tools. More 12volts tools. I have all the 20volts tools and I love them. But now that I have used the 12volts one I prefer those ones.

After reading the reviews of this tool, I decided to pick one up. I needed a tool strong enough and durable enough to assemble and disassemble wooden structures as well as to assemble metal structures. The Cordless Impact Driver allows me to get into tight spaces due to its size. The size might give one the impression that the Impact Driver is not strong or not built well. That would be a completely wrong impression. Well built and designed to last!
