I have co-workers who have this and it's so handy to have.

The latches are very strong but should be 2" long like Milwaukee's rather than 2.5" to avoid contact with consumers hands. I actually wish the bottom box could detach from the system for easier storage.. You might want to consider throwing in a deep foam liner in the large tool box, so consumers know that you sell it... I can't find the foam inserts in BC Homedepot, where I buy the majority of my tools for convenience. How ever they definitely sell Milwaukee foam inserts...

Fantastic tool. Worth the money
I bought this about a month ago. I love the wheels rocks and rough terrain doesn’t bother it. The seals on each tier are very impressive and the locking system is strong. Very easy to stack and unstack.

I bought this about a year ago and it's nice and sturdy plus I like the big wheels for when I gotta go thru grass or sand but I wish the handle was a little bit longer because I purchased the first 3 boxes and then I needed somewhere to place my small items such as different screws, wire nuts etc...so I bought the 2 little ones with the compartment but now the handle is to short to pull, I've been scawering the web think maybe just maybe you sell the longer handles separately with no avail

I bought this as I needed something that rolls and holds all my Dewalt tools. Very sturdy, well built rolling box; however, the handle does not go all the way down so when hauling it in the bed of my truck, I have to put it on its back side so I can lock down my truck cover. When doing this, all my small tools (in the tray) are dislodged and out of the tray. Plus being a shorter person, lifting it into the back of my truck bed is difficult and I need a second set of arms.

Received my ToughSystem 2.0 not what I expected
Received toughsystem 2.0. Not what I was expecting for the price I paid. My system did not come with any trays. So basically all I have is three will built storage totes. Good luck to anyone trying to find foam inserts to fit the large boxes for organization purposes.

Need case supports & heavy
Although I really like the Tough System 2.0 setup there are some design/safety flaws.
1. When removing boxes using folding handles myself and my guys have pinched fingers and palms of hands as handles raise to parallel for lifting. The box width causes arms to straddle box and put hand between base of handle and box. Joint should be shielded.
The boxes rock back and forth because too large a gap between top and bottom cases. I have added 1/2" chair cushion pads between boxes (2 places near front corners) as tilting strains stacking clamps. Very pronounced with the two 2- drawer units I bought when drawers open. I see premature fatigue failure of holding/release clamps.
Very poor inventory at every HD I visited. I bought 1st stack setup and then 2 separate stores to find two 2-drawer units (I wanted 4 of them). When they got more in the prices had jumped $30 each (a real turnoff). If you had inventory I would have bought the 4 at one time saving $60 + runaround time.
Frustrating that 3-drawer units are announced at $129.00 each and still on back order. DeWalt should have released entire system at once. I would have bought two 2-drawers and two 3-drawer units.
Locking wheels would be great.
The empty cases are heavy. Even without heavy tools in them I have to break the stack down to lift into back of SUV (KIA Telluride).
Go Jennifer Cline! Miss DeWalt, for turning me on to these.

I have 2 sets of these and love them. It's the 1st type of pack-out I've had that don't leak, milwaukees roll box lasted 2 months before ruining every tool I had in it.

I've had this for a year now and love it. That being said there are a few things that can be done better. The little tabs inside that hold the trays break very easy. I'm rolling across concrete and sometimes hit a bump and they have all broken off now. I would never drag it across gravel or broken stone like they show, there would be nothing left of the box. Second, your features are not explained at all. For instance, the little fold up T bar on top of the box lid, what's it for? And the mold formed recesses with screw holes on the inside of the lid. What are they for?

I love the rolling tower it was very easy to incorporate into my everyday use. It rolls with ease even through the mud and snow. The rolling case is big enough to hold both my every day 7 1/4 rotary saws and more... the mediam case holds all my drills and drill bit boxes and the batteries too. The top case has to separate storage compartments that are very useful
