Have this bag and the 20" tote bag for around a year, stitching came out on multiple areas. Would not purchase this again or recommend it.

Needs a better design and more durable material
Milwaukee you need to come up with a better design that would hold up with heavy duty work. The pockets started to rip few months after buying. Now the zippers gave out, save your money go for Vito bags.

Great bag with Many of pockets for storage. Also really like the fact it connects to the Packout system, makes it easy to move around. Replaced my Klein bag with it

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BUY THIS AGAIN
Bought this bag thinking it would be much easier to haul this around over my shoulder instead of taking my packout boxes everywhere. Totally disappointed. Pockets are shallow and the stitching is already loose. For the price you would think it would be better. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Better off getting a no name brand tote bag like this for less than half the price.

Poor quality stitching as others have said
Purchased this tote about a year ago and used it daily, and was quite happy with it in all aspects, Plenty of slots and a divider to seperate trash from tools. About a month ago the stitching came out where the plastic bottom is held onto the fabric and the bottom fell out of the bag. I sent it in for warranty at my cost and was told this is “ normal wear and tear”. I have never had a Klein tool bag which is built similarly do this.
Attempted to contact Milwaukee by email twice with no response, absolutely dismal customer service

Perfect add on that snaps on top of my PACKOUT Rolling toolbox. Allows my to effortlessly tote tools that I’m using on a particular job. Whether it’s a M12 brushless Hex speed screwdriver, M12 palm nailer Or whatever handtools and fasteners I’m using. I am able to tote them right to the job conveniently.

I bought this bag over a year ago for marine service calls and I've been very happy with it. The pockets are a good size for holding my assortment of plyers and cutters. The open side is perfect for larger tools like hammers and small power tools like battery powered ratchets and impact guns. It sees daily use and is loaded out pretty heavy. I haven't had any quality issues, the stitching and zippers are holding up great so far. I just got the 22" rolling toolbox and I love that I can securely snap the bag onto the top and roll all the tools down the marina ramps then detach the bag and walk onto the boat, it's been a lifesaver as I've been recovering from a back injury. My only gripes are I wish there was better storage for screw drivers, I carry 6 with me and there's really no good way to store them in the bag securely other than to just throw them in the bottom. And lastly, when you snap the bag onto the rolling toolbox the pen storage on the end of the bag gets smashed into the handle for the box.

Over allGood bag, just make sure yours has a strap
Bought this a few months ago. Seems well built. Nice that it hooks up with my other packouts holds a decent amount of tools and gives good flexibility for hand tools and small power tools. My only gripe is that I didn’t realize that mine didn’t come with a shoulder strap until after I bought it. It was the only one my Home Depot had so I couldn’t exchange it. I want the bag so I reached out Milwaukee 3 times to see if I could get a shoulder strap, even if I had to buy it. No response at all, so that’s a bit disappointing and kind of worries me if I ever had to use their warranty.
