I ordered a GLL3 - 300CGN from a local hardware store which I like a lot & frequent them a lot! I have a kitchen installation company & use very specific tools for my job. BOSCH "CANCELED" my order with my hardware store WITHOUT telling them, so I'll be buying another brand that starts with an H (Hupart I believe). Boschs business ethics & customer support SUCK!!!

If you guys could make it a little harder to find the app for the bluetooth/ calibration feature I'd realy appreciate it. I'm 30 mins into this and the website in the manual is giving me another website.

The overall quality of the product is really good. I really have nothing to say. But the autonomy is disastrous. 1h30 maximum on a brand new 2A/h. Can we put a 6A/h battery on it ?

I purchased this laser for leveling a new building to be used as a workshop in the next year or two. I tested the laser recently when laying out recessed lighting on the ceiling; it was a time saver, and I can see it being a game changer for certain tasks. The compactness and quality feel of the unit is excellent the lines, for the most part, show up very well. I decided on this particular green laser due to the the many good review across the web. I will likely be purchasing a leveling rod to compliment the laser.
The laser self levels very efficiently and is very user friendly. While the manual gives good instruction on its use, online videos are extremely useful as well. It's pretty intuitive without the manual as well.
I would recommend watching the price online to pick up on sale either in-store or online.
Great product.
Note: I tried uploading one photo using the guidelines but kept receiving an error. I tried resizing and changing file types but was unsuccessful.

Nice laser, battery level indications
Recieved my new unit today and immediately charged the 12v max 2.0ah battery. After the led stopped flashing on the charger, installed the battery into the laser. Everything including the Bluetooth worked but noticed the charge level was not indicating a full charge. From charge complete in the charger to installation in the laser may have been 2 minutes. So im a little concerned about where the problem lies. Bad charge sensor? Bad charge level indicator in the laser body? Hope to hear from Bosch on this subject matter.

Excellent for basement layout. 6 amp battery?
I have had this for over a year and am very pleased with it. Saves me a ton of time with layout and now it’s a one man job! 2 of my contractor buddies went out and purchased it immediately after using mine despite the $500+ price tag. I am about to buy a second battery and was wondering if the 6 amp will fit or if it’s only designed for the 2 amp. Cheers

Love the product ,greate features
There are few things that I do not like tho
The Wall Mount - It makes working outdoors and on steel structure pretty hard , any vibration or gust of wind just moves the laser out of posistion ,it also leaves too much wiggle for the laser on horisontal plane - 3meters away from the laser it can oscilate well over 20mm.
Also bought a reciver for it , for the same oscilattion problem it has no use ,for me at least.
Wish it had better wall mount I could buy

Bought it for "coolness" / Discovered usefulness
I was in the middle of a major renovation project and I was buying Bosch tools like mad. I confess that bought this laser tool more as a novelty... I really didn't think that I would find much use for it. Wow was I wrong! We used it to set stud walls, level ceilings, frame door openings, etc. What a time saver! Part of our project was renovating both of my client's bathrooms. We used it during the electrical and plumbing rough-in to precisely set electrical boxes and pipe nipples so that everything was in perfect alignment. When you walk into their finished bathrooms, vanitys, mirrors, wall sconces, switches, outlets are all perfect positioned. I am currently putting my laser to work on my own bathroom renovation. What a great tool!
