Rubber Rotted
I bought this pen flashlight last year . I use it all the time! But now the Rubber button has Rotted away Where do I get it Replaced ?

CAP IS TRASH!
The end cap of my flashlight didnt hold up at all.. Now it wont turn on without banging in on something! Havent had it 6 months definitely doesnt hold up to the milwaukee name!

Won't turn on anymore
Very disappointed, I bought this to replace my streamlight pocket light 5 months ago. The rubber on the cap is disintegrating and the light won't even turn on half the time. The clicker just stopped working one day. Guess I'll be looking for a different brand.

Could’ve Been Great
It’s a great light for quick inspections, aside from the really poor quality end cap. Mine started blistering and now is falling apart, rendering it pretty much useless. I got it for Christmas, so it has only been used for 3 months.
I’m a mechanic and love all of my M12 and M18 tools, but this light doesn’t stand up as expected from the name.

Rubber bite wears out
I have a few of these but the rubber bite wears out can you get replacement bites. They work very well for my job I love them but the bite wears out and falls off.

Button didn't last
I liked the light for close up inspections of panels and wiring, however, the rubber on the end cap deteriorated quickly and the rubber push button fell off.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased this penlight fomy Dad for Christmas. It has only lasted 1 month before he had it in his front pocket using the clip, which he lived.it went pop and didn't turn on and now flickers and goes out. The rubber switch has a hole. I'm very disappointed as I expected this to last longer than 1 month!

Bright light needs redesign!
I really enjoy this light but might switch to something different after three lights. First one the endcap came off which I figured was just due to use. The second and third won't turn on. With repeated tapping it'll come on but best not move it too much because it'll go dark. Tried new batteries and switching the switches between them with the same result.

Nice light, needs much sturdier switch
Singing others’ refrain: good light/mediocre switch. I’ve been through three lights. The rubber end, then the switch itself, craps out. Nice light to carry everywhere, but tired of frequently replacements. Lasts about 12-15 months.

Great pen light bad rubber cover for the switch.
Great pen light bad rubber cover for the switch. The repair part is $15 and they will not repair it online. The nearest company repair store to me is 30mi each way, so it's cheaper to buy a new one than to get it repaired. I love the Milwaukee Tools, but this is a fail in customer service and not a lifetime warranty. If I could return it to a store for warranty coverage, like Craftsman or Husky it would be worth it.

Won't spend the money for just months of service
Used daily & it was always with me. It was a good light & strong pocket clip. Handy to have until switch breaks, rubber tears and saliva gets into switch making it useless. Then repair part is $14. Won't buy again & will just purchase cheap no-name flashlights that I can throw away when they break. Thought I could depend on the Milwaukee brand for years of service, not months.

Tip breaks off. Store gives you a hard time to return go to milwaukee on this lifetime warranty !

I would not buy again,
I've had this penlight for about 6 months now. Use it daily. plenty of bright light for tight areas. As others have said the tail cap rubber cover gave up about 3 months ago. Would only buy again if switch is redesigned to a more rugged design.

Great light. Cap/rubber switch fails.
Good light. However, the rear rubber cap which contains the button fails before the full life of the flashlight. Tried to warranty to no avail. I’m on my 4th and I don’t use the “bite” feature. On/Off rubber cap is the greatest failure point.

Corroded batteries
Great,but batteries corroded inside flashlight,can no longer use,it’s a shame still a new flashlight.

I will continue to buy
I’ve been using these lights daily for a few years and burned through 8 of them. Usually the rubber would come off after a few months and eventually the plastic end would snap off after repeated drops. I’ve dropped in buckets of coolant, oil, water and it doesn’t affect them (besides the taste) Honestly I think these lights are awesome I just figured out that they had a lifetime warranty so I will be taking advantage of that. I’ve used the stream lights and other brands and for the price the Milwaukee is the best and I like how it’s a more natural light instead of the typical bluish color with other led lights also I like that it has a rubber/plastic end cap so your not chipping your teeth while it’s in you mouth. I would totally recommend

Warranty won’t contact you back
Bite zone is great but wears out fast. They will warranty the light. I’ve attempted to contact whoever through the warranty dept. hasn’t happened
