The MILWAUKEE® M18™ Dual Bay Simultaneous Rapid Charger is capable of charging 2 battery packs simultaneously, over 3X faster than standard sequential chargers. The charger accepts all M18™ batteries. Equipped with REDLINK™ Intelligence, this charger communicates directly with M18™ batteries to monitor cell voltage, temperature and charge status to deliver the best combination of charge duration and pack lifespan. Simultaneously charging batteries at a rapid charge rate massively reduces downtime and maximizes productivity. Its compact size makes this an ideal charger to carry on and off the job, hang in a work trailer, or charge on the top shelf of a job box.

Bad features
This is the second dual rapid charger I buy every time I charge my M18 HD12.0 battery either on the left or right side it stops working and won’t charge my batteries so I’m stuck charging on only one side

Great productivity enhancement!

Broke in less than 2 months of light use.
Purchased electric mower which came with the dual rapid charger on June 30th, and received the unit a week or two later (early-mid July 2024). Yesterday one of the two ports started flashing red-green and no longer works. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, tried re-seating the battery but nothing seems to fix it. It hasn't even been two months, and I have not even used it that often to charge batteries. I looked this up and find a lot of people have the same issues with these chargers. Some people say to spray it with WD-40 electric contact spray, however I do not plan on doing that as this is still under warranty. If this is happening regularly enough to have YouTube videos and other reviewers saying the same thing, I would think there should be a QC inspection on these rapid chargers.

Not working right out of the box...
Just purchased a Milwaukee weed eater and this rapid charger was included. Right out of the box the left side lights up red and the right side is blank, not charging at all.. Disappointed, back to Home Depot it goes..
