Base with adjustable tension control rotates to dispense the cable without overpulling.
Large pulling eye rotates freely and can be used as a carrying handle when the dispenser is empty.

Owned over 10 yrs now

I’ve had this over 10 yrs now. Although it shows signs of use, still works the best. Now I have to purchase more because my guys fight over it.
