How it works
Little surprised that no brakes on wheels but rather a way to put a rubber friction pad on the floor under foot which is attached to device and allows it to be immobilized. It works

CHEAP WHEELS & CASTORS AGAIN
Milwaukee's R&D and design engineers seem to think that cheap plastic wheels on their packout boxes & utility dollies are full time tradesmen need for their often difficult jobs and job sites.
I could see from the first wheeled tool box I bought in 2019 were not going to last. So it didn't get much use. Now Milwaukee puts out a dolly and low profile tool box that have the same cheap wheels that will not hold up to carrying 250 lbs. of tools being hauled around.
I know I'm not buying any more packout tool boxes or dollies with the cheap wheels that are sure to fail with normal use in one year or less. I always laugh when I see the advertising photos that show tradesmen pulling their packouts over smooth clean concrete walking on to a big commercial jobsite. That's not reality for the majority of tradesmen.

Packout Dolly's worth the cost.
The Dolly is exactly as I expected. The packout system is mainly for my workshop and the Dolly works well on a cement floor.

Sturdy and stable
I got this to better position a stack of packout boxes as I move around a work space but need access to my boxes. I could not be happier, the dolly base is stable, sturdy and rolls smoothly.

Not as versatile as I hoped
I am so disappointed as this dolly is the only way to transport my tools around the job and fits in my car. However when you out more than 2 boxes on it, it wants to get a little tippy (unavoidable I know, just pointing it out), as well as the wheels are total junk. I haven't had this dolly 4 months and I hit one crack in the concrete and the wheel shattered. now I am looking to source better wheels

One is enough if the casters lasted longer
The flat dolly is awesome. But the casters are falling apart after a couple of years and I can't find just replacement casters. I would rather not buy a whole new dolly when it's a hundred dollars.

Packout dolly is a must have
If you have stacks of Packout boxes like me, you must have the dolly (or 3) to move them around the garage or shop!

Decent
The dolly is pretty decent, would love better wheels for it maybe some rubber on hard plastic or something like that. Overall I’m satisfied with the product.

My back-pain savior
Work-friendly. If you don't work just in a specific spot and move around multiple areas this is the add-on your pack-out drawers need. If you aren't using it for the pack out you can just move multiple stuff around.

I bought 2 only because it’s the best option
This is so much better than the rolling tool box. No handles to get in the way. The packout crate sits at a perfect height for me with a 2 drawer and a 3 drawer on top of that.it has definitely made life easier for me especially when I’m bringing a lot of tools at once. The only problem I have is the wheels keep falling out. I wrapped electrical tape around the studs to keep them in place but they still find a way out. If your trying to grad your tools and load up but right before you get to the truck and then a wheel falls out. Not the easiest thing to fix when all your packout is together. Trying to figure out how to stop from dropping all your stuff all over because a wheel won’t stay in place kinda sucks, and is definitely poor engineering.
