This thing has the torque!!!
A perfect tool. Have not found a nut that this can’t take off. It’s lightweight, but is well built. Plenty of power and not loud.

Brand New Torque Wrench for easier tire changing
Well built tool that I feel confident will be a major asset to improving tire charge time for me and anyone who finds themselves needing a tire corrected. I have only used the tool one time, but I felt assured that it will hold up for a long time.

After a month here in the shop this extended anvil 1/2” impact has become my new go-to tool. Obviously this allows me to get to a fastener such as a lug nut on a deep dish wheel without fighting the tool itself’s accessibility. I can also utilize my flip socket set without carrying the required extension. Additionally, you can adjust the torque window on each push button setting via the Milwaukee app. Initially, I didn’t think we would utilize it: however, with a few of our large implements, there are a couple fasteners with a repetitive count upwards of 40-60. So, having the pre-torqued setting adjusted on the tool really did make a difference and not to mention the reach. That reach prevents us from needing to carry an extension in “most” cases. Having that ability to connect to the tool and actually have the ability to change the power to fit, let say, a specific tractor or maybe a combine service, does help us with time. I do not have a standard anvil high torque 1/2” model Milwaukee to compare this extended anvil version to. However, I do happen to have the Milwaukee 3/4” impact. And that impact is a quality tool and feels like a quality tool as soon as you pick it up. Now, like our 3/4” impact, I ordered, received and installed the rubber protective boot that is available (49-16-2766). Several implements here have lots of sharp edges and that rubber boot is important, in my opinion. There is so much to say about this tool and in ending I want to mention the “Resistant” M18 batteries. In many agricultural and maintenance situations our tools are subjected to chemicals, flammables and lots of oil. Having that added battery protection is appreciated. For sure it is 5 STAR. And I do recommend!

Indispensable Quality Tool
Strong and durable typical Milwaukee quality. Works great at removing guardrail splice bolts.

Awesome, but heavy, impact wrench
Losing the extension cord, or the air hose, has its price. This impact wrench is incredibly powerful (as it says on the box, 1,100 ft-lbs. of "nut-busting" torque) but it is very heavy, even without the battery. It has a setting that limits the torque when tightening bolts/nuts so you don't over tighten, for example on a wheel. Then you can torque to spec with a torque wrench. There are 4 settings, from 1 - 4. The torque/rpm ranges are: 1 - 0-1200 rpm, 40-75 ft-lbs 2 - 0-1800 rpm, 75-150 ft-lbs 3 - 0-1800 rpm, 275-450 ft-lbs 4 - 0-1800 rpm, 750-Max ft-lbs You set that range with a button on the handle, very easy to use. When removing bolts/nuts, it uses all of its torque, and then slows to 750 rpm when the bolt/nut is loose, making it easier to control it. It also is OneKey compatible, which gives you certain features with an app on your phone.
