Very few products use USB A /B anymore. Where is the USB-C everyone needs?

Observations and suggestions.
Bought this a while back. The 12v outlet has potential for powering other devices like a radio, etc, during a power outage however nowhere in the paperwork does it show what the output watts or amps maximum is. This could be really useful. When using to charge mobile phones, etc., the circuit to step this down from 18v to 5v is not incredibly efficient and the circuit does consume some of the battery’s potential.
What is really needed is a buck converter with low voltage cut off to protect the battery. Lots of videos on YouTube using these batteries to power lighting in work trailers, etc, but the buck converters are all aftermarket and one needs to add a low voltage cutoff to protect the battery.
Milwaukee, your customers are creative in the use of your products, please catch up so we can use your batteries without risk of damage.

Good to own but lacking USB-C hurts
Its a nice addition to the tool box and seemed to work fine when I reviewed it but the real pain point for me is no USB-C compatibility. It's a great twist to have M12 heated gear adaptability but where most electronic devices (especially all new iPhones) are USB-C powered - having that port is essential.

Excellent Hurricane Emergency Power alternative
Huricane Emergency 5 star. Excellent for Samsung galaxy S10 plus cellphone charging. We lost power for only 24 hours and was able to change 2 cellphones continuously always leaving one connected to the charger. Using a 9AH Milwaukee battery it only dropped one bar on the battery.

Good intentions, poor execution
For all the other things Milwaukee did that turned out great, this thing has got to be a joke onto their customers.
This is unable to charge my Samsung tablet faster than it drains its battery if watching videos. 4 hour charge time on my Samsung phone, longer if listening to pandora.
Was seriously hoping it worked better than what I found. When I travel internationally, would've been awesome to take a 6, 8, or a 12 battery to keep everything topped up. But if this this is the performance given, wouldn't be worth carrying the weight

So far so good. So much better than a charging specific brick, now when i need to replace I just add to my Milwaukee battery options.

Would buy again if it worked for longer
Great product, use it for my heated jacket. Stopped working after a few months unfortunately.

Very inconsistent in reliability
I use this primarily for charging my phone and other devices and recently have been using it to warm my heated sweatshirt. My issue is that I'll have one day where it'll work as intended, and other days where I'll have to turn it off and on over and over for it to work, which it very frustrating. I've had this issue for both the USB port as well as the port for the jacket.
