Milwaukee 2357-20 Description

The MILWAUKEE® M18™ PACKOUT™ Light/Charger provides all day multi-directional lighting and charging. This portable light delivers 3000 Lumens of TRUEVIEW™ High Definition Output and is fully compatible with the PACKOUT™ Modular Storage System. Three independent rotating light heads allow for complete control over lighting direction whether using it on a PACKOUT™ stack or as a dedicated light off the stack. Manage output and runtime on this portable work light with three different modes (All Lights, Main Panel, or Back/Front Lights), each including high, medium, and low settings to achieve up to 31 hours of runtime with one M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC 5.0 Battery. The AC input allows for all day runtime and M18™ Battery charging. Charge devices with the 2.1AMP USB output and store small items inside the storage compartment.

How in the world...
I like the product except for one thing. How in the world does one remove the battery? I have only slightly larger than average hands and I cant get in that narrow "cave" to reach the battery let alone get my hand around it to press the releases on either side. Are there any hacks for taking out the battery?

Nice light, somethings missing though.

Let be the Light
Multi directional, strong light. Fits Packout nicely, takes a small foot print, lightweight, charging batteries and personal devices once plugged in to the outlet. Very convenient! Also can handle the top weight inside Packout. Love the option of choosing which lights to stay on, saves the battery charge that way, economical! Amazing!

3 way packout light
3 way packout light is pretty sweet. You are about to store things in the side compartments as well as moving the lights in any direction.

Handy af but…
I mean, it’s pretty handy to have around. From the jobsite, to working in the garage, to camping up in the mountains. It’s a pretty solid light. It’s just hard to say it’s worth the money. It only has one USB port, which I feel they could’ve added a couple. It doesn’t really stay locked into my other Packouts. You can pull it right off of the stack. It does snap in, but it comes right off with a little bit of pressure. It’s just got some things to be ironed out.

Broken light charger plug
I like the brightness of the light, but the USB port never has worked which was not a big concern for me. It would’ve been nice to have, however of bigger concern is I’m having the same problem as one of the reviewers had. The plug has broken off on the neutral side and now I need to get a part or something, and I’m having trouble locating any through your website. Thank you for any help I could get. I have multiple Milwaukee products that I’m very satisfied with.

Very upset
I've had it about two weeks. Used it a bunch in that time. But I plugged an extension chord into and to charge the battery. It wouldn't charge it. So when I unplugged the extension corded the neutral prong pulled out completely!
