This cooler leaks water through the valve, does not hold ice for longer than a day, and the valve and gasket break very easily. I’ve called Milwaukee and visited their service center like 5 times inquiring about the extra parts and they’ve never been able to help at all, Most of the time they pretend like they’ve never seen the cooler before :(. as a loyal Milwaukee customer I’m overall disappointed with this product and their effort to help me fix it, even more upset that I could’ve used that $250 to buy a YETI brand cooler instead.

Bought this from the home Depot this summer and can't figure out how to get this replaced or repaired on this site as there is no option. The cooler leaked not long after having it. I didnt notice until my entire back of my suburban was soaked. I would not buy this product. I've always been a Milwaukee tool fan but I must say things are not looking great here recently. I'm a general contractor and spend a great deal on tools. I'd hope the right people are this and make it right.

Love all my milwaukee products and would love to say the same of this cooler but it leaks from the drain and the lid gasket always falls out .

Well built but the drain leaks a steady drip so the back of my truck is full of mud, the seal keeps falling out around the lid, it holds ice for about a day and a half. I am not impressed at all. I am going to replace it with an RTIC as the Wyoming winter approaches. I would not recommend this product even if you are an avid Milwaukee tool enthusiast as I am.

Love it and would buy another if I could get away
This was a purely pleasure purchase and I think it works great. If you prechill it like all the other brands tell you to do it does hold ice a very long time. I prechill on Friday, use it that evening and the Saturday and Sunday and its still cold with ice at the end of the day Sunday. Keep out of the sun and it will last.

I would not buy this again
Bought 2 of these for my crews. Not very happy with them. Overall the cooler is ok. It will leak at the drain like everyone else has stated. Forget about it holding ice for 5 days. You would be lucky to get 1 day out of it. This cooler is defiantly not worth the price.

Doesn't do what is advertised
This cooler says it holds ice for 5 days, it does not. I'm lucky to get a day and a half. It does stay cold, but it's all water. I think igloo would do just as good. Definitely not worth 400.00.

My wife got me this cooler as a gift on the outside it says it will hold ice for 5 day me and my crew put ice in at 7am by 9 am ice is all melted

Please put wheels on the cooler
Still waiting for Milwaukee to make this cooler with wheels on it so I can attache the packout radio on top.... Would buy them both. Will be a GREAT setup to go Camping/Beach.
Milwaukee please make this happen 🙏
