The M18 FUEL 7-1/4” Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw was designed for the demand needs of the professional carpenter and remodeler. Weighing in at only 28 lbs with battery, the 2733 is the Lightest Weight saw in its class. Dual bevel functionality provides users the most efficient and productive way make a variety of different cuts without flipping or turning the work piece. The combination of the POWERSTATE brushless motor and M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery delivers over 600 cuts per charge for all day run-time on a single charge.

Poor quality no warranty
I purcahsed this saw and used it very little. A bit of trim and a bit of flooring. I did not still have my receipt when the saw died so they go by date of manufacture not taking into account it likely sat on the store shelf for a year or two. Milwaukee is fast to post online that they care about their customers but will just brush you off. For the price of this saw you are likely better to look at cheaper options. It is definitely NOT a contractor grade tool.

What's the deal with the slides?
I checked one of these out the other day at a Big Box Store. The slides are rough, like bad bearings. I really wanted one because I have a lot of Fuel tools and I'd like to maintain one battery brand. Can't get past that rough slide action.

Light Weight.
Light weight, Powerful enough for all my needs. Can go from decking to trim. And blades for a 7 ¼ saw are alot cheeper then a 12 or 10 inch blade.

Horrible slide system
Size and weight are great, slide mechanism is horrible. A little notchy/grabby out of box, two months in with light use and you are fighting the slides to make cuts. I'm a contractor with multiple mitre saws, this one has been the worst. Considered jumping from Makita to Milwaukee, this tool paused that plan hard.

The Saw You Need
Finally a smaller portable saw that works. There has always been a need for a small light weight portable saw for a grab and go job. Most smaller saws aren't accurate and not the best Quality. These fit the need for that area and give good results.

M18 fuel 7.5in miter saw
The saw is very easy to setup. It cuts very clean and accurate. I chose the m18 for portability and ease of storage. I cut all day with a single 5ah battery
