Built tough
We have two of these newer style in our fleet and I'm a little disappointed with how they are holding up. The tank is thinner/cheaper plastic than the prior model and it does not hold up as well although the design with the large rear wheels and handle is much nicer. We have some of the prior units in our fleet for more than 20 years and they are still going strong. The other thing I don't like is how they no longer make replacement parts but require you to purchase the complete motor assembly. If a company would be concerned about the environment, they should offer individual pieces like they used too but since they only worry about their own pocket book they require you to buy more than you need. The motors are built to last but if the plastic rain cover gets broke what good is a long-lasting motor. Otherwise you can't beat these guys for long-lasting hard-working machines.
