Reliable and Perfect for Drain Professionals
The RIDGID Sea Snake Mini Cam is an excellent product. We own three of these cameras, and they are used daily in our plumbing work without any issues. The camera is incredibly reliable and well-suited for anyone in the drain cleaning or service and repair industry. If you’re dealing with drain lines, this tool is perfect. I highly recommend it to any professional in the field. It’s durable, effective, and a vital part of our operations. I really like this product!

Notable difference between this camera and other brands. Tremendous reel strength, decent camera light. Using this product for a few years now and no problems yet.

I bought this about a year ago it has very nice features ,but accessories that gose with the camera Head are kind difficult to put for the amount money spend on this camera I would expect the accessories should be a lot nicer and easier to install .

I've spent tens of thousands worth of Ridgid products which normally work as intended; however, just purchased another tru sense mini camera which seems to be factor glitching since removing out of the box.
I took it to a repair shop and they said it had loose solder connections however the problem continued to exist. The repair shop sent my camera directly to Ridgid for repair however It's been some time with no news. I need my camera as I'm loosing work for the days it takes to repair my brand new camera.

We bought this reel a few months ago, it has made our life easier. The camera pics up better, the features on the cs6x versa is amazing. One thing I would like to see made better or come with a more durable skid for the camera. to help with the 3-4 inch pipe
