Good screwdriver. Make sure you got the right bits
Purchased this and it has been good. The bits can be a little difficult to get out.

Mine also came with two PH1 bits and is missing the PH2 bit. Unfortunately I noticed after the return period ended. I've reached out to Milwaukee support and never got a reply. Pretty disappointed.

Loved it! Then it failed, ouch!
This tool was an every day use, first choice tool. Then the tips began to chip and fail, I was able to replace some and still consider it a first choice option. The last straw was the ratchet drive has failed. I wanted to like this more, but have since replaced it with a cheaper option from another tool. Rand.

Absolutely for "light duty" only
Overall, it's a great idea, with MANY uses, however, I've already broken 2 of the bits with fair-to-mid amounts of torque (by hand, mind you) ... It's a shame, as it's my go-to screwdriver to take with me, and, to be fair, it's lasted about 5 years ...But, the bits are showing wear, and the large flathead broke ... The reason I give 3 stars is because, for PC repair, the one in my PC pack is great ... The one I use for around the house is not holding up so well ... So, of 2 of the same screwdrivers, one is awesome, the other isn't ... Stick with the "Light Duty", it is then!

Watch out for falling swappable bits
Worked perfectly for a while until swappable bits began falling rom handle. it is annoying. You cant use without removing swappable bits or keeping them separate which defeats the whole purpose Screwdriver ratchet still works though.

I would definitely not buy this tool again
It all started so great but now the wobble on the ratchet is really quite unacceptable . I truly wish that you would test your design a little longer maybe it’s very annoying as i’m great fan off your tools especially the power range power tools having swapped to your company from Makita

Won’t buy another.
I use my hand tools a lot, and appreciate a well designed and made tool. This driver started out pretty well. A minor annoyance was extracting the bits from the handle. Six months later, a major annoyance is them falling out. The tool got relegated to the back of the tool box on its way to the trash.

Makes you question
The ratchet has become very wobbly. It's not unusable yet but brings into question the quality of Milwaukee products.

Poor quality
I've had this screwdriver for a while now and have always like it. However, in the last year, the ratchet part was failing, and now the device is unusable.
