DeWALT, you need to do better, for a company like you that you flooding the market with shiny titles and promises and standing behind your product you could at least tried to make it clear that you failed to get into the Canadian market with this product, you didnt even bother to specify such a thing and after using so much of these and wasting our money we only find out from the inspector that it fails and does not comply with ESA or CSA.
You did terrible on this one.
Be prepared to lose us, coz obviously you dont care, and you even behind on many products that other competitors are coming with, you have been forever trying to come with even as simple as pex crimp 12v or 20v.
