DeWalt DW065E 65 ft Laser Distance Measurer

I was initially having an issue with it giving me readings in Metric. To convert to feet, just hold down the unit button it will change to footage. Some of the other reviews must not have been using it on the 1st linear setting. I checked mine on larger measurements and shorter and all were accurate within an 1/8". Unless your trying to build a piano wtih it, you should be fine. Anything requiring very accurate measurements (i.e. structural,
or laying out a wall or room or something should alway be hand measured twice anyways. Not surprised many are confused on here. Just like being on a job site these days.

I bought this a year ago and as i was measuring it all the sudden went blank. I changed batteries and still nothing. How can I get third repaired?
