Bought it to use to check the ohms on a part for my car and it beeps like it should but doesn’t show the resistance of the part

This has become my grab and go meter. Pretty neat!

This will work great for home gamers and when you don't need to worry about knowing precision in voltage or ohms. I was looking for a simple ac/dc volt meter and ohm/continuity meter, but in the controls world, more precision is needed. This would work great around the house and in a lot of applications where nominal voltage is not a big deal. I read continuity on circuits that had slightly blown fuses, and didn't work for me. I love the pocket clip and the lead holders. Unfortunately this will not work for what I was needing.

I often use this little meter for hot water tank and tankless troubleshooting. It is everything you need for basic diagnostics without the frills. A must for anyone working on water heating equipment.
