Great ratchet overall comes in handy in alot of hard to reach spots, but it is a bit on the weaker end on torgue and that is the only reason i cannot give it 5 stars

The head of the tool is very big compared to other brands and it makes it difficult to get into the hard to reach areas

I wrench on heavy duty and light duty equipment and can’t be more impressed. Have to use impact sockets on it as it will snap normal ones !!!!!

Good torque for 3/8 drive ratchet. Length makes it easy to reach deep places.

I have been a motor vehicle technician since 1994, as you can guess I’m always putting tools through the test of time. I’ve purchased other brands, but after a short time (less than a year) you can tell they just don’t make the cut. I needed quality and reliability that only Milwaukee tools can deliver. You can actually feel the quality the very first time you use them, and that quality and durability is still going strong even after three years! You honestly won’t be disappointed in purchasing the M12 or the M18 line of tools. They come very highly recommended from a professionals who uses them every five days a week.

So I have a Craftsman socket set I got 45 years ago when I was 16. I have likely run each of those ratchets down 'a mile' of thread, one swing at time and they have never let me down. I bought this ratchet to speed things up a bit. After less than tenth of the time I've had my old tools the warranty folks at Milwaukee tell me it is 'worn out'. If you buy this ratchet, lower your expectations. It can only be described as... weak. Do I feel duped? Oh, yeah. In addition, be prepared for the screws to fall out of plastic handle to metal extension. That would be heartbreak to see a screw fall off your ratchet and down a hole in the engine your are working on. Just not what I expected from Milwaukee.

Milwaukee Extended Reach Ratchet
Great tool! Makes it easy to reach bolts in tight spaces. The tool is powerful enough to do the work, even with just a 12 volt battery. This definitely makes our lives easier!

3/8 extended high speed ratchet
Picked up the extended reach 3/8” ratchet after a coworker of mine got one. I had the 1st Gen 3/8” ratchet and figured it was time to upgrade. Holy cow do I love this thing! It’s my go to tool. The speed is awesome which was my biggest complaint of my older m12 ratchet.
