Seemed great and then
I had this ratchet for 5 months and it quit on me. I tried multiple batteries but still no luck. then i file a claim with Dewalt and they send me 35 miles to a "service center" that has been closed for more than 2 years. So now I'll be 3 weeks without it by the time the new one gets here.

Outstanding tool
Very useful tool it helps to get in spots that are very tight. It’s very powerful. It gets the job done. I use it almost every day. I work on my hands most of the time. My fingers get cramps when I’ve been tight spaces. This tool helps a lot for that problem.

Great tool
Coming from someone who has worked with there hands there entire life this is a lifesaver. It helps me avoid another of pain due to carpeltunnel. Always been a dewalt believer and this added to it. Must have.

Comparison to 12 volt
I don't like the 20 volt as much as the 12 volt. It seems to lag behind in every category. People always flock to 20 volt simply because it's a bigger number and it's assumed to have more power. But I felt the torque ratings between the 2 weren't all that much different. It is a bit slower and clunkier and does get job done. But I think it needs just a few more tweaks so it stands out the way it should in the eye of the public. Overall not terrible
