Best Tool Bag I’ve Ever Owned, Hands Down.
This is hands down the best toolbag I have ever used. The design is well thought out, the used every bit of space and give you plenty of options to organize your tools. This is the first time the pockets actually fit the tools I want them to, where I want them to, in a spot that makes sense. The price is a bit off-putting so I was on the fence for awhile, but now that I have it I wish I pulled the trigger sooner.

Great bag, Not great with the usability
I have several products from the toughsystem line, purchased the bag and even though it's convenient, rugged and holds everything I need. The lack of any structure means when the bag is loaded down it's caves in on itself making it difficult to zip and use. I'd like to see an update to fix this in the future.

I received this for Christmas of 2022. I used the bag every day since. The though system 2.0 is great and being able to lock this into my system is the best part! All the tool holders and the drill holders are great! I can organize my tools, batteries better than I have ever been able to before. I get comments about it on a weekly basis. I can’t thank you enough for these great tools and storage system!

Great Bag with 1 MAJOR Issue
I was initially very happy with the bag, but after using it for 6+ months, my major complaint is that there is no structural integrity. The top of the bag is unsupported, so it caves in on itself, making it really frustrating to load and find tools in the main compartment. I think if there were an internal wire frame or something, it would be perfect. Other than that, it's an awesome bag, but that's a BIG drawback for me.

Very poor stability. Can’t handle tool weight
The whole unit collapses in when you put any tools in the side pockets. Makes it very difficult to get anything out of the bottom.
All the “tool” holder pouches are the same size making it impractical to sort tools, especially small ones.
Don’t waste your money on a tool bag that folds in on itself when load.
Picture 1 shows what happens.
Picture 2 shows the top zipper when bag folds in. (Makes it hard to zip closed)
Picture 3 is with side tool’s removed and bag force back into shape.

Had high hopes for this, I'm a die hard dewalt user. It's heavy duty but the sides fall in and it becomes a pain to even zip it up. Too flimsy

This bag would be awesome if they made side walls rigid. Bag it self is very practical.
