It’s a good set , but it was missing a 1/4 drive 3/16 short socket .

This 246 piece set is what you're looking for.
This kit is a complete set of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 sockets/ ratchets. I found this to be the most comprehensive yet still portable tool kit on the market which is exactly why I decided to order it. The tool trays are removable to make easy access to the socket set you need. I found myself removing the tray and setting it next to whatever I'm working on to make the sockets within arms reach. The kit pretty much met all the expectations I had in mind. My only complaint is I wish it had torx sockets instead of the hex sockets.
I visit the junkyard quite frequently and decided this is the ultimate kit to take with me as one of my issues I've had in the past has been having the right socket size or type to remove various parts. I also like how this kit makes it easy to keep track of what sockets/ tools you might have forgotten to put back since every socket has a place in the recessed tray within the box. It makes quick work to verify that you have not forgotten any sockets on the previous jobsite. I will be purchasing another one to leave in the trunk of my car for comprehensive emergency repairs.

243 pc mechanics tool set in 3 drawer storage box
To start, the storage box is excellent! This box is heavy duty plastic. The lid and drawers function smoothly and the box is easy to carry, so if you need mobility, this box of tools will fit the bill. I needed a set of deep well sockets and this box has full sets in the 1/4” and 3/8” both metric and SAE. It would be the perfect set of tools if it also had 1/2” deep well sockets, but I am sure that the size and weight of the box would be too much for moving around easily. I had a number of jobs recently that I used quite a few tools from this set from wrenches to sockets and ratchets. I especially appreciate the 90 tooth ratchets for the tight spots. One negative would be that the ratchet heads are a little large, but I would rather have a quality tool that lasts than one that is cheap and breaks. The fit and finish on the tools is very good. They are durable and well made. I am very satisfied with this set of tools and look forward to using them a lot in the future!

Versatile and more than expected
I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. You’d think this would be your run of the mill tool set but it’s not. The half inch set goes all the way to an inch and a half! I’ll never need it but I’m glad to have it. This was going to be split up into my tool chest but it works so well for junk yards I can’t ruin its portability. I wish there were more deep sockets but the 3 90-tooth ratchets and the extra torx bits make up for it ten fold. In all they’re durable and you can easily accomplish a weekend project with it and I’m so happy I received them

Best Mechanic’s Set For The Money
I use this set as my home box/travel box and it is incredibly handy to have. It comes with standard and metric sockets and wrenches, 1/4”-1/2” sockets and ratchets, deep and shallow sockets, as well as torx and hex bits. I was able to tear down a Honda H22A4 engine with just this kit alone without issue. I took the liberty of adding grease to the ratchet heads and would recommend that anyone who buys this kit does the same. Overall, I give this product a 10/10 as it’s a great investment for anyone from DIY’er to professional.

Great kit, even better quality!
This is a great kit with an awesome selection of tools. It includes just about anything you could need to work on a vehicle. I was really impressed with the quality of these tools. I would like to see deep sockets in some of the larger sizes. But other than that I couldn’t be happier!

This tool set has everything you need to get the job done. From ratchets to wrenches, gearhead tools are amazing and they fit anywhere you need them to fit. I will continue to purchase Gearheads as my top tool for the job.

Great product. Very convenient having 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in the same kit. Very easy to transport anywhere. Holds up very good for a plastic box. I was able to take the drawers out and make them into tool holders inside of my tool box as well. Very good organizers. Highly recommend

This mechanic set got me out of a bind for two weeks. The day I had to take my service truck in to get a diagnostic done for my PTO, all my tools were still inside my service truck, so they put me in a Nissan Rogue to still perform my mechanic duties. Well I took this set and it has all the things I needed to replace upper controls on a bucket truck and do some repairs. I like this set that I just keep now in my service truck since it has everything for quick availability instead of keep going back and forth to my truck and getting off and back on these trucks I just take this put it in the truck I'm ready and don't have to keep getting off. It's a live saver and I recommend mechanics to own this set. Thanks Gearwrench.
