Got this gun for work. Big mistake it's at least 15°under temp every time.i have to use it a minimum of 15 times a day. It's a shame all my tools are milwaukee. Now I have to find a different brand.

mine is doing the same thing. reads 15 degrees low every time. love the gun just wish it would read correct. i use one about 25 times a day. hope they make a better one soon.

Not accurate, not even close. 8 to 10 degrees off all the time. Not even a good paper weight. I do not recommend this to anyone, wouldn't give this to someone I hated.

After using about one year, the red laser light stop working. I was happy with product for this price but.... I thought Milwaukee produce better product which last longer.

Purchased this item for my boyfriend’s birthday a few months ago and now the item doesn’t stay on. Battery has been changed and it’s still useless. Sad outcome for an expensive product. I have a much cheaper temperature fun I bought from Amazon for my tortoise ans it’s much better quality for nearly 1/4 of the price.

Would not recommend fascility maintenance to get
Fails calibration with lab's black body standard. Doesn't look serviceable as manual doesn't have instructions for adjustment. For posterity deviation at room temp is 3 degrees F (non linear). I understand that this is not a precision instrument- but it should conform to factory stated accuracy.

I purchased 10 of these for my company. ALL 10 stopped working within 2 months. I know I could send them in to get fixed but 10 dying in under 2 months? Best case, they fix all 10 to work for another 2 months? Terrible. I am going a different route. Shame on you Milwaukee.

Screen went bad after one week
Never checked mine for accuracy. After about a week and only a few uses the screen failed. This product is junk.

THE ONLY USELESS DEVICE I'VE GOT FROM MILWAUKEE
I have tried to use this USELESS device to measure the temp of coolant hoses, cylinder heads, exhaust pipes excreta only to be DISAPPOINTED. It's the ONLY tool that I have purchased that has COMPLETELY FAILED to get the job done. I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS THING AWAY
