Great option in the Quik-loc attachment line up. The trimmer head is very easy to load and carries plenty of line to trim several large properties before reloading is necessary.
Keep up the great work!

I love my new quik lok trimmer. I also have the quik lok chainsaw with the 3’ extension, 1/2” impact, 1/4” driver, and the oscillating multi tool. They are all m18 fuel great products!!

Just as advertised. the QuickLok is easy to use, the trimmer is sturdy and powerful. I was amazed at how much battery life I had left after use. I am so glad I made this purchase.

Better & more versatile than my WORX in all ways! Plus it fits my current battery platform and I don’t have to deal with multiple chargers and battery types. GO RED!

Was skeptical about battery powered weed eater but got to say I’m happy with no gas refills and it has plenty of life for average size yard.

This is great for the quick small jobs around the house. The trigger is hard to get used to, as it is hard to keep a constant speed. I haven't tried it on big jobs yet; I have a fenceline that is 450 yards on one side. That will be the test for battery life. I do like it so far. I already had the pole saw attachment and its great

String Timmer Attachment - Head Issue
This review is specifically about the attachment (String Trimmer) for M18 Fuel Quik-Lok. I am not sure what the problem is, but the string head is all tangled and never worked right from the get go. Followed all instructions and after 5-10 mins of use, one side of the string broke off (after colliding with yard debris and the plastic cover). Upon opening up the head, the string was coiled up and wrapped tight around the interior, so much it had to be untangled entirely. This string head must have some issues with it. Home Depot said to take it up with the Manufacturer. Will attempt to return again to Home Depot where purchased, but may be SOL.

I've had this for a few years now, probably 3 months or so. Every time I mow the lawn the string gets stuck inside. Yes, I use the winding mechanism to feed the string in through the holes and twist. I've tried genuine Milwaukee string, other brands at the same size, skinnier string...
It all sticks. The string breaks every couple of minutes and I can't get more out because the string is stuck in the head. I've tried only putting about 4' of string per side. I've tried putting as much as will fit. No dice.
They changed the head design, so - no more separator, it's why the cord become always twisted inside. The replacement head, which they sold separately, it's the same thing - without separator ... so - no issue. Verry sad. I have a lot of Milwakee tools, I'm verry happy with, but not with this one ... So don't buy the new model ot take one used, the old model with the separator in the feed head.
