Reed HF3/4 Description

High-quality, hardened steel, hammer flaring tools for copper tubing are toolbox basics. Designed to make uniform, 45 degree flares on Type K soft copper water service tubing, Reed’s flaring tools feature large pilots and knurled finger grip areas for added safety. Reed offers hammer flaring tools in a variety of copper tubing sizes.   To absorb impact shock on striking, it is recommended to only strike the flaring tool with a soft-faced brass hammer like Reed's HAM3.
