1 YEAR OLD CAMERA STOPPED WORKING OUT OF NO WHERE! we trouble shooted with tech support for over an hour and a half and still nothing! NOW WE HAVE TO DRIVE OVER AN HOUR TO A REPAIR LOCATION WAISTING OUR COMPANY TIME WITH NO REPLACMENT UNIT SO GOD KNOWS HOR LONG ITS GOING TO TAKE

Worst camera on the market. Purchased this camera as all of my tools are Milwaukee. What a mistake. Camera is constantly broke down, costing my company thousands of dollars, not once, not twice, but now 3 times within a year. If you’re looking to make money this is not the camera for you! I’ve sent this thing back to Milwaukee 3 times and it’s the same result. Still a broke camera!

Bought this to use with my 120’ since the hub will work with both. Great technology being able to utilize both reels with the same hub. Milwaukee does it again! 10 out of 10 would buy again

As the title implies… I LOVE THE MONITOR!! The rest of the system is good too, but the features and ease of navigation with the monitor are awesome! The control hub is a great design and the 500 gb hard drive seems to go on forever. The push rod to me is average and comparable to all the others that I’ve used (nothing to brag about, but not disappointing either). The telescoping handle and wheel base make transport so much nicer and more stable for sure. I do like the picture quality, which I will rate as average, to slightly above average. The durability seems to be very good as I’ve put it through the ringer for the last 6 months and no issues so far. Lastly, I think I need a little training on the locator. I have had some success with it, but feel I don’t know how to use all the features to their full capacity yet. Specifically the line trace feature. It’s cool but I’m just not super successful with it YET! Overall, I absolutely love the system and I am super pleased with it!!! Customers are usually very impressed with it, especially when I not only use the monitor, but simultaneously have the IPad showing the picture so they can view as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Milwaukee M18 200 ft Pipeline Inspection System Kit 2974-22 - I bought this for my small plumbing company. It was a big expense but something I reluctantly purchased. I’ve had it for a very short period of time and have only used it 2 times and now it doesn’t work. Very frustrating for a small business owner. Should have gone with Ridiged but all my tools are Milwaukee as Milwaukee normally has better tools. Well they did up until this system.

Pleased so far even though I have 2 broken riser
I love how user-friendly this unit is I came from the Ridgid seesnake it took a lot for me to convert over to Milwaukee I'm pleased overall with it accept the riser balls the screw that has a washer in the center of it gets stuck in between the two pieces of plastic as you're trying to undo it you have to take a flat blade screwdriver to pry it apart I broke my small Riser ball and my large risible all within one week of having my camera waiting on a response from my vendor
