Used for 5 minutes and the tape won’t retract and is stuck out at 45”
Milwaukee, my entire truck is red inside from top to bottom
Be better, this tape sucks

No longer retracts past 2 feet.
Mine lasted longer than others here, but same deal with it retracting. I now have to push the last 2 feet back in, it won't retract all the way. I would never waste my money on one these again.

Milwaukee tape-measure GARBAGE!
Would not retract at 19’! Warranty is a major hassle! Never buying again!

A couple months use and the tip snapped off while retracting. Always used lufkin. Liked this for the magnetic tip. While measuring a soffit today and retracting the tip broke right off. Going back to lufkin.

Warranty options are a joke
I own a lot of milwaukee power tools that are great tools. Bought 4 of these tape measures for myself and family. After 2 months of weekend use, my tape broke. Cannot get warranty replacement from home depot and closest service center is over an hour away, which wants me to leave the tape and pick up at a later time.

I wouldn't but this product again.
Bough this product 3 to 4 month ago. Not impressed. Tape broken at below the 10" mark. Cutting fingers on retraction. Unable to take anywhere for the warranty or exchange.

I'm disappointed with the quality of this tool.
I really like the design of this tape measure. It's nice to be able to use your finger on the bottom as a temporary holder or even a drag when retracting. The magnetic tip is handy too. My issue is that the tape tore after a few weeks use. As a former Snap-on trainer, I appreciate quality tools. Most of Milwaukee's products are terrific. This tape measure is not.

Cut fingers while retracting
Bough this product 3 to 4 month ago. Not impressed.WOULD SCORE A 0 OUT OF 5 IF POSSIBLE.
Tape broken at the 7" mark. This is the 2nd measuring tape in 6 months that rips below the 10" mark. Slicing fingers on retraction.
Unable to take anywhere for the warranty. / exchange

This thing was junk, wouldn’t retract all the way from the beginning. Had to help it in everytime. Also any little bit of wind would fold this thing right over. Frustrating working outside with it. It did a poor job holding onto things also. All around junk tape measure. Lasted two days.
