Milwaukee doesn’t realize some people are left handed. Clip not reversible.

fantastic Utility Knife. knife has 5 blades in the magnetic holder. ive switched to carrying this for my EDC. dont need to waste time sharpening, just swap around the blade. cant recommend this knife enough. sturdy build. active fleet mechanic, use everyday, not a problem out of it.

This isn’t the first time that my razor knife broke in the same spot. And Home Depot won’t exchange it. Very disappointing in quality

Where is the Milwaukee from 20 years ago?!?
What happened to you Milwaukee?!? Your name used to be synonymous with quality... the operative word in that sentence is USED because a lot of the tools I've bought over the last few years have been average at best. This knife is a perfect example. It broke while SHARPENING A PENCIL. And it's not like this is a fluke because a lot of your other tools have been of poor quality lately too... let's use your mud mixer as another example. I've bought 3 in the last 4 years and they ARE ALL BROKEN in some way. None of their chucks will hold a paddle longer than one or two bucket of mud mixed and the speed control wheels stick almost immediately. This is just one example of the many, many products of yours that I own. Please tighten up your quality control and make it easier to get warranty work done on your tools since they break more and more often lately. If your tools are going to need service I shouldn't have to put much effort or time into getting that done. My commitment to you was complete when I paid for your tool and warranty.

Best Knife I've Ever Owned
I've been using mine every day for over 3 years and haven't had a single issue. Metal construction holds up great and is well built. I had one before this one that was stolen, so I went with a cheap one and it busted immediately. I bought my current one and haven't had a single problem. I haven't had any of the issues the other reviewers had, though I haven't used it to strip wire or used the gut hook.

The ability to easily flip the blade out and back makes box cutting way easier, but there are some severe drawbacks to the design.
The most annoying and costly one being the fact that when it closes, it closes too far, damaging the blades! I went through 7 blades in a week because the blades kept smacking the interior!
The other drawback is the fact you can't adjust the blade depth like other utility knives.

I am truly dissapointed.....
Since I bought it new, the "blade holder" doesn't open, tried to open it by prying it lighly at the small tip and it cracked immediately. very dissapointed. I love and recommend Milwaukee tools, ben using them for the last 40 years in industrial environment. loved them because they are bulletproof, but to get an unit using BAD CHEAP plastic is really a deal breaker for me and an opportunity for competitors to eat you up. I feel bad that you are eroding the loyalty of customers like me... I can't show any any friends, visitors, the built and well enginering of the Milwaukee tools. I just bought an extra power M12 screwdriver to add to my toolbox, the new one is also plastic and definitely don't have the faith I normally have... the power screwdrivers made out of metal, I've dropped them hundreds of times and they are scratched and look beat up but they are BULLETPROOF.... I am truly sad to see where you are going... get rid of the bean counters and let the engineers or customers beta test the new and improved tools....
